Contract price includes:

• VAT

• Site survey, and accompanying documentation.

• Supply and installation.

• Total site clearance and cleaning of glass and frames, (replacement jobs only).

• Reveals to be re-plastered or trimmed and made good as required, (replacement jobs only).

• All glazing is internally beaded and designed to be removed from the inside only.

• Frames fixed with screws, sealed and insulated with pu foam and (high-grade silicone sealed inside and out, replacement jobs only).

• There may be unavoidable damage to tiles when removing existing windows, as existing fixings could be underneath tiles, WE will not held responsible replacing or repairing.

• Production time of windows and doors is about 3-6 weeks (depends on colour combination and specified extras).

• Offer valid for 3 months.
  

   Payment Terms:

• Ways to pay us: (Bank Transfer, Card Payment (SumUp), Payment Link (SumUp) and (Cash If the customer wishes, a price increase of 1%).

• 50% (fifty per cent) of the order price, shall be paid after signing the order and invoice submission.

• 30% (thirty per cent) of the order price, shall be payable by the purchaser on the day of delivery and after inspecting the goods.

• 20% (twenty percent) of the order price, shall be payable by the purchaser to the seller after the completion of the works.

• If the customer wants to pay 100% in advance, we make a 4% price reduction from the final price.

• The seller's obligation to perform the order shall arise from the movement when this Order has been signed and the payment specified in clause has been received by the Seller.

• Upon delay in the actual signing and the payment specified in clause seller may postpone, by the number of delayed days, its performance and the deadlines for performance of obligations by the seller agreed upon in this order.

• Until final payment of the order, the goods shall belong to the seller and the seller may, until the final payment of the order price by the purchaser, reclaim possession of the goods.
  

    Terms for delivery, non-conformity of the goods:

• Goods shall be delivered to the specified address in the order.

• If the purchaser detects any non-conformities, for which the seller is liable, in the goods which are delivered based on the specification set out in order, the purchaser has the right and obligation to notify the seller of the detected non-conformities and demand that the seller brings the goods into conformity with the seller requirements of the order.

• The risk of accidental loss or damage the goods shall transfer from the seller to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods or upon the goods being deemed to be delivered.

• Glass breakage or product damage during transportation, if the unforeseen happens, which is caused by seller, then seller will cover the related costs. No opening will be left open (glass replaced with plywood or OSB, until the replacement glass arrival).
  

Restrictions for the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear of the Goods shall not be covered by the warranty.

• Warranty shall not be applicable in the following events: Storm damage, Intentional damage-signs of burglary.
  

Until final payment of the order, the goods shall belong to the seller and the seller may, until the final payment of the order price by the purchaser, reclaim possession of the goods.

   Changes in offer after order:

• Changing the offer, changing the color of the windows and doors, changing the size of the openings, changing the type of glass, adding additional options beyond the official offer will result price change, and cancels the previous offer.

• If purchaser wants to change agreed delivery time or location, then additional fees will be apply, (storage and secondary delivery).

• Any potential costs arising from amendments to the signed order shall be paid by the person applying for the amendments. Possible delays and price increase.

• Oral amendments do not have any contractual consequences (all complaints, proposals, changes must be submitted in writing and signed by all parties).
  

Construction site conditions:

• Working day: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

• If the construction site are missing or incomplete, and window and doors openings cannot be accurately measured, then a purchaser is fully reliable of product dimensions, and raising extra costs (if products are in the wrong size, but correspond to the dimensions of the order).

• Builder needs to mark FFL (finished floor level, final floor height, after installation of the floor covering), visible and permanent marking lines to all doors and windows, which, join the floors. These lines have been taken into account both in the manufacturing and in the installation process. Later complaints will not be taken into account if the floor don’t line up with windows and doors. FFL level line considered at all times in survey and installation.

• The work is handed over every day at 5pm. (building site) If handing over time are no representative from the builder nor end client, we will sign the day's work and later claims will not be taken into account, and future obligations fall to the customer or to the builder.

• Covering windows and doors with protective film is the responsibility of the general contractor. May only use the intended products for this purpose and cant expose to UV light (even in the shade of the sun) no more than 30 days, keeping it longer will damage the window and lead to extra costs. After installation, we remove the covering tapes on the windows, factory demand of immediate removal, after the installation work (can burn in to the window frame after a long time, and damage window-glass surface permanently).

• If the window or door has been damaged during the construction time and the window or door has been used incorrectly, the seller has no obligations, (construction materials have been carelessly transported through the windows and doors, dents have appeared on the windows and doors, the seals have been torn, electric cables, water hoses are passed through, welding or angle grinder splashes, glass scratches, or windows- doors are not covered during plastering, concrete and paint works, etc). Repair or replacement windows- doors is at the general contractor, customer's or architect's additional expense.

• This section must be signed by all parties: (seller, architect, general contractor and end customer).

Third persons:

• Upon the other Party's written consent, both parties may delegate their rights specified in the contract to third persons. In such case the liability for performance of the delegated obligations rests with the delegating party (may bring additional costs when changes made).

Transfer of work:

• After the completion of works, we give to the customer a certificate of works-product and warranty cards, and the final invoice for the last payment. After the last payment receipt, ownership of products is automatically transfers to the customer.
  

Any product can be made cheaper, but the enjoyment of the lower price does not last as long as the enjoyment of a good craftsmanship.
