4 Simple Steps

We know that replacing windows is a big investment. Here is exactly what happens once you submit your request:

Step 1: The Expert Consultation

Once we receive your enquiry, one of our specialists will contact you. We’ll discuss your specific requirements. including your choice of double or triple glazing and preferred hardware finishes.

Step 2: Technical Site Survey

If you’re happy with the initial estimate, we’ll arrange a Professional Technical Survey. Our surveyor will visit your home to take precision measurements (to the millimetre) and check the structural openings. This ensures your new sculpted profiles fit perfectly and meet all Irish Building Regulations.

Step 3: Precision Manufacturing

Your windows are custom-built using our advanced German-engineered technology. Each frame is welded and fitted with its espag gearboxes and chosen handles. Every unit undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it meets its A++ energy rating before leaving the factory.

Step 4: Certified Installation

Our expert fitting team will arrive at a time that suits you. They will:

• Carefully remove and recycle your old windows.
• Install your new units, ensuring they are perfectly level and airtight.
• Demonstrate how to use the safety restrictors and multi-point locks.
• Leave your home clean and tidy, with your new energy-efficient windows and doors ready to go.
