ENAMELED GLASS GLAZING

Seralit is a glass onto which a pattern is applied using a screen-printing method, covered with an opaque or translucent mineral enamel. Modern enamels do not contain dangerous metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury or chromium VI. 

Process of creation:

during the very high temperature in the firing process, the applied enamel melts into the surface, making the product extremely durable. Seralit glass is tempered. In addition to standard designs, it is possible to make individual graphics for the project.

Technical parameters of seralit glass:

• the maximum thickness of the glass is from 4 to 19 mm, and its size does not exceed 1225 x 2800 mm,
• the maximum dimensions of an individual design are 2000 x 4200,
• the maximum weight of a single sheet can not exceed 400 kg.

Emalit

• Enamelite is an opaque glass whose color is obtained by applying a layer of enamel to one side of the glass surface. The manufacturing process is similar to that used for the Seralit product. Enalit glass is additionally tempered.

Application:

• the most popular use of this product is for facade cladding with simple, clear lines, where the important element is spandrel strips,
• thanks to its high resistance to moisture and scratches, emalit glass is used in bathrooms, corridors and other rooms as wall coverings,
• you can also use it as glass doors and partition walls, which provides both functionality and aesthetics in useful spaces.

Emalit glass:

• seralit glass offers a variety of RAL colors as well as the ability to be bonded, laminated, cut into holes and shapes. Glass units are available in a variety of facade glazing systems, such as u-profile, step systems and the option of bonding to the frame. In addition, there is the option of customized graphics according to the customer's design, expanding the possibilities for product personalization.

• the maximum thickness of the glass is from 4 to 19 mm, and its dimensions do not exceed 1400 x 2800 mm or 2130 x 3650 mm,
• the maximum weight of a single glass plate is 400 kg
